Gachapon stores are not limited to Tokyo. The finder includes source-checked records in Osaka, Kyoto, Kanagawa, Aichi, Hiroshima, Hokkaido and many other prefectures. Try an English prefecture name first, then narrow the result with a neighborhood or official store name. For Osaka, common visitor searches include Umeda, Namba, Shinsaibashi and Tennoji.

Store names and addresses stay in their official Japanese form. This is intentional: copying the Japanese name into a map app, or showing it to station or facility staff, is usually more dependable than relying on an unofficial translated branch name. The English area label helps you choose a region, while the original text helps you reach the correct branch.

A store appears in the public English finder only when its record has both a supporting source URL and a review date. Sources include store operators, brand directories, shopping facilities and opening announcements. The record shows the date on which our stored details were compared with that source. Records still waiting for supporting evidence remain outside the public search.

Published scale figures are recorded only when a cited source provides a number. Operators may use different units, including machines, boxes, faces or varieties, so we do not relabel every figure as a machine count or publish a cross-unit total. We do not turn missing figures into zero, estimate numbers from photographs, or use paid placement to change the order. English names and area aliases are navigation aids; the official Japanese store name, address and linked source take priority if anything differs.
